Best belt ever
Charles Glass is a big proponent of wearing a weight belt in the gym at all times. People get several benefits when they regularly use a belt. It will train you to keep your waist tight and it will reduce the chances of injury. Using a belt on leg day will help your hips open up, which is crucial to you being able to get a proper range of motion so you can recruit as many fibers as possible.
This belt is top notch quality. It is strong and sturdy but is made of a leather that will not bruise your hips like other brands. It is 4″ in width. This size allows for you to have support while allowing you to have enough range of motion to perform your exercises with ease.
The belt is only available in black & white. It has an embossed GOB symbol on the belt loop.

The GOB weight belt is good quality leather and very comfortable to wear during my whole workout. Highly recommend. Also make sure to measure around stomach at the navel height to get a proper fit. Don’t go by the pants size.

I will he exchanging for a different size! The belt is good but i got a small and it did not work not sure if i should get large for extra length the small barely touched even with the measurements listed.
The belt seems like it’s good quality but terrible customer service. I ordered the ‘M’ per the size recommendations and it was too small. It only closes to the last notch or second if I’m lucky or fasted that day. I’ve only gotten to use it once or twice within the last year(was a birthday gift to myself). Every time I look at the site I want to get one that fits but it seems unfair I should have to pay twice. When I contacted customer service they said they could do a return and exchange only if the box was unopened. If it was opened, I was out of luck. Ummm… so how would I know if the belt fits? That’s a great question. The sizing should probably be updated on the website. The price is semi steep for a belt that is virtually unusable. I bought another belt from a different company (same size “M”). Fits amazing but every time I see this belt in my gym bag I want to use it over that one and can’t. Order a bigger size if you do get one.
