Return Policy

Overview

All sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. This policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency for our customers. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds except in specific circumstances outlined below.

Digital Products (eBooks and Memberships)

  • No Refunds: All purchases of eBooks and membership subscriptions, including the GOB membership site, are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and accessed, or a membership is activated, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

  • GOB Membership Automatic Renewal: By signing up for the GOB membership site, you agree to automatically renew your membership each month. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Reason: Digital products are non-returnable due to their intangible nature and immediate accessibility. Membership services begin upon purchase, and access cannot be revoked or reversed.

Used Equipment

  • No Refunds: All sales of used equipment from our shop are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for used equipment. If you ordered through our Amazon store you can return, not when bought through our shop store. 

  • Reason: Used equipment cannot be resold due to its condition, prior use, or customization, and we are unable to verify its state after purchase. We also have no warehouse other than amazon to store returned items. 

  • Sizing Exchange Exception: If an item requires an exchange due to a sizing issue, we will facilitate an exchange provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for at least one direction (either sending the item back to us or receiving the replacement item).

Exceptions

  • Defective Digital Products: If an eBook or digital content is inaccessible or defective (e.g., corrupted file or download failure), customers must contact customer support within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement or alternative access method at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Equipment Non-Delivery: If used equipment is not delivered due to an error on our part, customers must notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.

  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and comply with applicable laws and card issuer policies to resolve the issue.

Chargeback Policy

  • Chargeback Disputes: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our customer support team violates this policy. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of this policy, purchase agreements, and delivery confirmations (where applicable).

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for understanding this return policy before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
