  • Third-Party Carriers: We use third-party shipping companies, such as UPS, for order delivery. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we have no control over their delivery timelines or potential delays.

  • Carrier Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers, including weather, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will assist in providing tracking information and updates where possible.
