The service or product or maybe loan is so processed I mean its even missing the appropriate carabiner. Overall, its an overall impressive Arsenal to add to my shelves and it did its job while in PT Action mode.

Learning to use the Y takes a few tries. From video clips and screenshots, I incorporate the movements and contractions. You know it hits the intended muscles because you feel the burn. The feel is ergonomic, the body and muscles natural response to a pull. No joint pain, just stretching the muscle and contracting through the pulls. Natural feel.
Charles Glass is one of the best trainers in the industry. The GOB Y attachment are amazing.

The large pad is to big i sent it back for the smaller one.
the product is super cheap plastic for a high price . would not recommend
