This pad may be more useful to people that are under 5'8," but still has relevance to those that are taller.  This pad is helpful for bench pressing movements on Hammer Strength Machines.  It is roughly the same size as the 2.0, but firmer and has a velcro strap that facilitates its ability to be attached to machines and equipment.
